Rebekka Helford, MA, LMFT, earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brown University and her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.
Rebekka has enjoyed working with children and their families in a variety of capacities for over 20 years. In addition to conducting weekly transformational trauma psychotherapy for adults in her Santa Monica private practice, Rebekka also specializes in short-term intensive parent consultation, offering both home and office visits to help families navigate developmental challenges and get back on track.
